Login to the backoffice and go to My Booking section. There is an option of "Cancel Booking" for a certain time period as prescribed by the airlines/hotel. If option is there, you can press the cancel button to proceed with the cancellation. There are certain charges for the refund. Please check the cancellation policy before proceeding the cancellation.
Go to my account and see "My Bookings". Click on the ticket/invoice and there on the top, there is a link to print the ticket. Please press the "Print Button" and follow on-screen instructions.
You need IRCTC ID for booking ticket on and you will require ID Proof at the time of travel.
Preferrence pricing is given by the supplier based on the category, location or type. All prices are mentioned at the time of selection. Please make selection carefully.


You can make payment via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets & NEFT on at the time of booking.
When you proceed for the booking, it asks for the option of choosing payment mode. You can choose, Credit Card / Debit Card from the available options to make payment via Credit/Debit Card.
You can do NEFT to our bank from your internet banking enabled account. For this option, kindly procced to payment page and choose NEFT Option and follow on-screen instructions.
All taxes are mentioned at the time of booking, however your bank may charge a certain fee for using credit/debit card. Please ask about the same with your service provider for more information.
